Since I’ve bought the Bronica I’ve been looking for a scanner but didn’t get around to actually buying one. So I’ve built this little rig to take picures of my negatives. It works pretty well but have no scanned results to compare.
It consists of a camera, lens + macro adapter, flash, negative holder from an old enlarger and some aluminium.
I was shooting tethered to see the results directly on the screen but in the end I think the histogram and the blinkies on the back of the cam work better. You have to play around with the flash settings because every negative is different.
